Alan Moura is the founder of Red Seal English and an experienced instructor with over 14 years of teaching. He specializes in helping students communicate clearly in real-world situations, including work, interviews, and language exams like CELPIP and CAEL. His approach focuses on practical communication, fluency, and confidence so students can perform when it actually matters.

Daniel is an English teacher with over 4 years of experience helping students build confidence in speaking and communication, with a focus on practical English for real-life situations. He is passionate about the English language and enjoys helping others grow and achieve fluency with confidence.

Founders
Founder
Alan Moura is the founder of Red Seal English, where he helps international professionals speak English with clarity and confidence in real-world situations. With over 14 years of experience working directly with students, he saw firsthand that most people weren’t struggling with grammar — they were struggling to communicate in meaningful contexts.
That insight led him to build Red Seal English around practical, results-driven training that focuses on how English is actually used in professional and everyday life in English-speaking countries like Canada. His work is focused on helping ambitious individuals move past hesitation and express themselves clearly when it matters most.
Co-founder
Giovanna de Queiróz is responsible for the administrative side of Red Seal English, a school she co-founded alongside Alan. While the academic vision is led by her partner, Giovanna focuses on building and managing the structure that supports each student’s journey.
With over 10 years of experience in educational administration, she has led departments such as admissions, finance, and HR. She brings this experience to Red Seal with a clear goal: to support every student with care, attention, and efficiency.
Giovanna is also actively involved in developing and testing new projects and ideas, always seeking ways to improve and evolve the student experience. For her, great education goes beyond the classroom: it’s about creating an environment where every detail matters and every student feels valued.
